Web Admin is where companies configure masters, enroll visitors, watch doors, and pull branded reports. The mobile app gives field and reception staff the same visitor actions away from the desk. The Windows gate kiosk handles live Face or QR check-in and checkout at the physical door. All three channels talk to one Django API with strict tenant isolation per company. What this product is not
Axix Visitor focuses only on visitor management, not employee attendance or payroll. It does not replace sibling product 360 FaceVision, which covers HR face attendance workflows. There is no public self-registration portal for walk-up guests to enroll themselves online. There is also no dedicated appointment booking calendar module inside this product. Badge printer suites are outside scope; you get digital QR PNG and optional card number fields instead. Keep expectations clear so demos stay on the visitor lifecycle that the product actually ships.
